中文摘要: 磷矿资源是磷肥生产的主要原料,磷矿浮选过程中矿浆溶液含有大量的钙镁离子,钙镁离子改变矿物表面性质,导致含钙盐类矿物相互之间浮选分离的难度增加。本研究通过矿物表面微观形貌、矿物表面接触角和捕收剂在矿物表面吸附量等分析方法,得到如下结论:钙镁离子对胶磷矿的浮选影响显著,对白云石的浮选影响微弱,钙镁离子在碱性介质中生成了碳酸盐沉淀或溶胶,粘附于胶磷矿的表面,改变了胶磷矿表面的疏水性,导致了胶磷矿的可浮性下降;但并未粘附与白云石的表面,呈自聚状态存在于矿浆中,对白云石可浮性的影响不大。

Abstract:Phosphate rock resource is the important raw material for phosphate fertilizer production. In phosphate flotation, a lot of calcium or magnesium ions can significantly affect the flotation. Calcium and magnesium ions change mineral surface properties, which leads to the difficulty of the flotation separation between cellophane and dolomite. The mineral surface microstructure, mineral surface contact angle and the collector on the mineral surface adsorption quantity were analyzed. The results showed that calcium and magnesium ions had significantly effect on flotation of cellophane, while little effect on the flotation of dolomite. Calcium and magnesium ions generated carbonate precipitation or sol in the alkaline medium, which adhesion on the surface of collophane, leading to a fall in flotability of cellophane. However, calcium and magnesium ions did not adhesion on the surface of dolomite, which did not affect the flotability of dolomite.
