中文摘要: 以广西某水淬铜渣为研究对象,通过阶段磨矿阶段浮选,第一段使用钢球作为磨矿介质磨矿细度-0.045mm占90%,尾矿使用纳米陶瓷球为磨矿介质,艾砂磨为超细磨设备,磨磨矿细度为-0.038mm占95%,酯-200作为捕收剂,可以获得综合铜品位19.01%,回收率88.68%的铜精矿;尾矿含铜品位降到0.18%。本研究对纳米陶瓷球和艾砂磨在水淬铜渣尾矿再磨再选具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Taking a water-quenched copper slag of Ruilin as the research object, through the stage grinding flotation, the first stage uses steel balls as the grinding medium with grinding fineness -0.045mm accounts for 90%, and the tailings uses nano ceramic balls as the grinding medium and Isa mill as ultra-fine grinding equipment with regrind grinding fineness -0.038mm accounted for 95%, use z-200 as Collector,and the copper concentrate with the comprehensive copper grade of 19.01% and the recovery rate of 88.68% can be obtained; the copper grade of the tailings is reduced to 0.18%. This study has reference significance in the re-grinding of nano ceramic balls in copper slag tailings.
