中文摘要: 对四川某地含金银碲铋矿进行了初步矿物组分研究,针对矿物特性进行了浮选条件试验,最终浮选闭路试验可以获得碲品位和回收率分别为9.94%和94.81%的精矿产品。精矿产品中铋、金和银含量分别为14.99%、27.27g/t和64.20g/t,回收率分别为95.08%、92.65%和86.63%。通过试验确定了该碲铋矿石的选矿工艺流程及药剂制度,并综合回收利用了其中的共伴生矿物。

Abstract:A preliminary mineral composition study was carried out on the bismuth tellurium containing gold and silver in a certain part of Sichuan province, and the flotation condition test was carried out according to the mineral characteristics. The final flotation closure test could obtain concentrate products with the grade and recovery rate of 9.94% and 94.81% respectively. The content of Bi Au and Ag in fine minerals was 14.99%, 27.27g/t and 64.20g/t, respectively, and the recovery rates were 95.08%, 92.65% and 86.63%, respectively. The processing process and pharmaceutical system of the bismuth tellurium ore were determined by experiment, and the co-associated minerals were recovered and utilized.
