中文摘要: 碎磨工艺是后续选冶工艺的准备过程或准备作业,必须满足选冶工艺对矿石处理的粒度要求,使矿物充分的单体解离才能获得高质量的选冶产品和高指标。碎磨产品质量直接影响到选矿指标和生产成本,是选矿厂的重要组成部分。本文通过分析选矿厂碎磨工艺流程现状,指出了存在的主要问题:碎磨流程试验研究重视程度不足、建设投资和生产能耗高;噪音和粉尘大污染环境等。针对这些问题,探讨了碎磨工艺有效的应对措施,以满足选别对产品粒度更严格的要求,适应节能、环境、操作更苛刻的条件,对未来碎磨工艺发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:The process of comminution is the preparation process or preparation operation of the subsequent beneficiation process, which must meet the particle size requirements for ore beneficiation process, so that the high-quality products and high indicators can only be obtained when single mineral be liberated fully. The particle size distribution of crushing and grinding products directly affects the mineral processing index and operating cost, which is main component for processing plant. By analyzing the current situation of the process flowsheet of comminution in processing plant, this paper points out the main issues such as insufficient attention to the research of crushing and grinding test, high capital construction investment and high energy consumption, large noise and dust with pollution of the environment. Aiming at these issues, the effective countermeasure of comminution process is discussed.
