中文摘要: 甘肃天水某金矿以黄铁矿、磁铁矿为主,金主要赋存在硫化矿中。为综合回收利用该矿石,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,原矿经磨矿-选硫-选铁,并将金(银)富集在黄铁矿中的工艺流程。可获得金品位36.71g/t、金回收率43.11%,银品位133.30g/t,银回收率99.76%的金精矿,全铁品位62.00%,全铁回收率11.56%的铁精矿,较好地实现了该多金矿的综合回收。
Abstract:The copper ore mineral complex component,and the major part of metal sulfide ore contains pyrite and magnetite in Gansu. It was done experiment of mineral processing research for the efficient exploitation of the ore.the optimal conditions of the process of flotation were determined to be:The preferential flotation flowsheet of the ore grinding -floating sulfur-magnetizing iron, and gold enrichment in Pyrite. Finally it got the gold grade of 43.11g/t, gold recovery of gold concentrate 98.97%, silver grade of 133.30g/t, silver recovery of gold concentrate 99.76%,iron grade 62.00%,recovery of iron in iron concentrate 11.56%. It realizes comprehensive recovery of gold ore.
