中文摘要: 现有分级/筛分设备都存在不同的优缺点。为提高分级作业的精度和效率,发明一种具有旋流-高速-柱形特征结构的颗粒分级设备——旋流分级柱。通过连续分级试验研究表明该设备的分级精度和效率都比较高。在筛网孔径为350μm、分级浓度35%、中心轴转速1000r/min的条件下,当加矿速度为2kg/min、3kg/min、4kg/min时,E量-350μm=E质-350μm,分别达到97.23%、93.17%和87.46%;相同浓度条件下,分级时间与量效率呈正相关,不同浓度下,相同分级时间下的分级效率没有可比性;拟合曲线预测发现当量效率E量-350μm和E量-74μm为80%时,加矿速度分别达到5.0kg/min和5.42kg/min,分级时间分别为3.0min和0.9min。试验研究表明,为提高加矿速度(处理量)和分级效率,可以增加柱形筛网水平截面积(分级有效面积)和柱体有效分级长度。
Abstract:There are different advantages and disadvantages of existing classifying/screening equipment. In order to improve the precision and efficiency of classification, it was invented that a kind of particle classifying equipment with swirling, high speeding and cylindrical characteristic structure, and it was named of Eddying Classification Column(ECC). The test results shown that the ECC had high classifying accuracy and efficiency. In the condition including sieve mesh was 0.35mm, the concentration was 35% and the axis speed was 1000r/min, when the feeding speed was 2kg/min, 3kg/min, and 4kg/min, the Equantity-350μm=Equality-350μm and reached 97.23%, 93.17% and 87.46% respectively. Under the same concentration, the classifying time was positively correlated with the quantity efficiency, under different concentrations, the classifying efficiency was not comparable. The prediction of the fitting curve shown that when the equivalent efficiency Equantity-350μm and Equantity -74μm were assumed to be 80%, the capacity can reach 5.0kg/min and 5.42kg/min, also the classifying time was 3.0min and 0.9min respectively. The experimental results shown that the horizontal sectional area(the effective area) and the effective classifying length of the ECC can be increased in order to increase processing rate and classifying efficiency.
