中文摘要: 某含金矿石中有用矿物为自然金及银金矿,金品位为35g/t。为充分研究该矿石的工艺矿物学特性,通过化学分析、扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪、BPMA(北京矿冶研究总院开发的工艺矿物学参数自动测量系统)等分析手段,对矿石的化学成分、化学物相矿物组成、矿物嵌布特征、金的赋存状态、含金矿物的粒度、含金矿物解离度及影响金回收的矿物学因素等进行了系统研究。结果表明:矿石中金主要以自然金和银金矿形式存在,粒度以细粒金、微细粒金为主,分别占72.96%、27.04%;金矿物的嵌存状态以连生金为主,占65.11%,次为单体金,占31.06%,另有少量的包裹金和晶间金,分别占3.75%和0.08%;研究结果对矿石分选工艺流程的制定具有指导意义。
Abstract:The valuable minerals in some gold-bearing rocks are natural gold and silver gold with a gold grade of 35g/t. For fully research on process mineralogy characteristics of the ore, through scanning electron microscopy, X-ray energy spectrometer, BPMA analysis method, the composition of ore, mineral composition, mineral phase characteristics, gold occurrence state of gold minerals, particle size of gold minerals dissociation degree and mineralogy factors influencing gold recovery and so on has carried on the research. The results have showed that the gold in the ore mainly exists in the form of natural gold and silver gold, with mustard gold accounting for 72.96% and fine grain gold accounting for 27.04% . The deposit status of gold deposits is mainly continuous gold, accounting for 65.11%, and the secondary gold is single gold, accounting for 31.06%. In addition, a small amount of encased gold and intercrystalline gold account for 3.75% and 0.08% respectively. The results of the study have guiding significance for the preparation of ore separation process.
