Abstract:SXCT wet type high frequency harmonic magnetic separator use technology of high-frequency AC to significantly improve separation precision by means of breaking up magnetic aggregation acted by the generated high-frequency perturbation. SXCT series were successfully applied to one plant of vanadium titano-magnetite iron concentrate cleaner separation in Panxi zone Sichuan province, China. It proves well working on resolve the indistinct separation between ferromagnetic minerals and weak-magnetic minerals as well as gangues, industrial production shows that Total Fe could be improved by 1.85%, recovery rate improved to 96.12% and 23.12% TiO₂ in the tailing, titanium iron ratio is 1.26. An excellent result was achieved and the machines have been keeping working in good condition. Application prospect of this series of separators in industry is very broad.
