Abstract:Shizhuyuan yejiwei Copper-tin polymetallic ore contains 0.18 % Cu and 0.36 % Sn, with less other valuable elements. Due to the fine granularity of copper and tin minerals, grinding granularity was smaller. The recovery of Sn was low by gravity concentration, so the flotation was used to recover cassiterite. In this study, sodium carbonate was used as the pH adjustment agent, lead nitrate as the activator, GYB as the collector, 2# oil as the frothers, the flowsheet with one roughing, two scaverging and three cleaning were used. The final closed-circuit test showed that tin concentrate with tin grade of 5.27 % and recovery of 62.42 % was obtained.
