中文摘要: 采用重选-浮选联合工艺对云南某硫化铅尾矿中的微细粒级锡石进行回收研究。该矿泥化严重,首先采用离心选矿机脱除微细粒矿泥,以消除矿泥对后续锡浮选的不利影响,并能增加浮选给矿锡品位,离心选矿可以使锡品位富集5倍以上,作业回收率达到87.4%。离心精矿进行反浮选脱硫,脱硫精矿采用碳酸钠为pH调整剂和分散剂,BY-9和P86为组合捕收剂,CMC为脉石抑制剂进行微细粒锡石正浮选。最终闭路试验得到锡精矿品位18.5%、回收率65%的指标。研究结果表明利用离心选矿机进行脱泥富集,采用重-浮联合工艺对微细粒锡石具有较好的选别效果。

Abstract:The recovery of fine-grained cassiterite from a sulfide lead tailing mine in yunnan province was studied using the method of gravity and floating separation. This ore is seriously muddied. Firstly, the centrifugal concentrator is used to remove the fine-grained slime. Desliming eliminates the adverse effects of the slime on the subsequent flotation and increases the milling grade of tin ore. Centrifugal beneficiation can enrich the tin grade more than 5 times, and the operating recovery reaches 87.4%. Centrifugal concentrate is used to reverse flotation desulfurization. Sodium carbonate was used as a pH adjuster and dispersant, BY-9 + P86 was used as a combined collector, and CMC was used as a depressant of gangue minerals to carry out positive flotation of the desulfurized concentrate. At last, the closed - circuit experiment result is that the tin concentrate grade and recovery are 18.5% and 65%, respectively. The results show that the combination of gravity and flotation methord has a good effect on the separation of fine cassiterite by centrifugal concentrator.
