中文摘要: GCX型无介质高效擦洗机主要用于矿物的擦洗与提纯,根据擦洗机的主要结构及工作原理,对GCX型无介质擦洗机的筒体、搅拌装置等主要结构形式进行研究,通过对叶轮、筒体的关键参数,传动方式及输入功率匹配等方面进行优化设计,解决了GCX型无介质高效擦洗机研制中的关键技术问题。

Abstract:The GCX no medium efficiency scrubbing machine is mainly used for mineral scrubbing and purification, according to the main structure and working principle of scrubbing machine, the barrel and stirring device’s main structure of GCX no medium scrubbing machine are studied , through to optimization design of the key parameters of the impeller, barrel, transmission mode and the input power matching, the GCX no medium efficient scrubbing machine key technology problems in development are solved.
