中文摘要: 某硫化铅锌矿石含铅、锌分别为2.25%、1.96%,伴生银含量为13.20g/t,主要铅锌矿物为方铅矿、闪锌矿,它们的共生关系密切、嵌布关系复杂。为高效综合回收利用该资源,进行了选矿试验研究,结果表明:采用优先浮铅再浮锌的流程,在原矿磨矿细度-74μm占65.00%,以石灰为矿浆pH调整剂、硫酸锌为抑制剂、乙硫氮为捕收剂,经1次粗选、2次扫选—铅粗精矿再磨至-37μm占82.70%后2次精选选铅,选铅尾矿以石灰为矿浆pH调整剂、硫酸铜为活化剂、丁基黄药为捕收剂,经1次粗选、2次扫选及2次精选选锌,获得了铅品位66.43%、银品位309.71g/t、铅回收率95.97%、银回收率74.87%的铅精矿,以及锌品位53.35%、锌回收率90.35%的锌精矿。

Abstract:A lead-zinc ore with zinc of 2.25%, and lead of 1.96%, contains associated silver with grade at 13.20 g/t. The lead and zinc in the ore are mainly exist in the form of galena and sphalerite which are closely associated and complex disseminated with each other. In order to realize the high efficient exploitation and utilization of the resources, beneficiation tests of the ore were made. Results obtained by differential flotation showed that, when the grinding fineness was 65.00% passing 74 μm, adopting lime as pulp pH regulator, zinc sulfate as depressor, diethyldithiocarbamate as collector, via the process of lead concentration by one roughing, two scavenging and regrinding the lead rough concentrate with fineness at 82.70% passing 37 μm, then followed by two cleaning; for the tailing of lead flotation, adopting lime as pulp pH regulator, copper sulphate as activator, butyl xanthate as collector, via the flowsheet of zinc concentration by one roughing, two scavenging and two cleaning. Finally, results showed that the lead concentrate with lead grade of 66.43% and lead recovery of 95.97%, silver grade of 309.71g/t and silver recovery of 74.87%, and zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 53.35%, zinc recovery of 90.35%.
