中文摘要: 本文通过对铸铁段在金川磨矿中应用实践,发现钢球更换为添铸铁段后磨矿细度均不同程度的提高了,说明铸铁段对提高磨矿细度有有力。通过钢球更换为铸铁段后,对比前后磨机充填率的变化趋势,充填率的总体呈现降低趋势,磨矿细度基本保持不变,也就是说在同样的磨矿细度产品下,铸铁段要求的磨机充填率要低一点。在钢球作为磨矿介质时,球磨机的电单耗在32.54kW/t,而铸铁段作为磨矿介质时候,球磨机的电单耗为30.87kW/t,降低了1.67个百分点。分析电耗下降的原因,主要是磨机充填率降低导致磨机负荷减少所致,故磨矿电耗会有所降低。另一个原因是钢球转换为铸铁段后,实际滑动作用减弱,相对钢球来说,铸铁段之间的互相磨擦力较钢球强,滑动作用减弱,故空耗减少。在钢球更换为铸铁段后最显著的变化是球耗,铸铁段添加后随着时间的增加,钢耗呈现逐渐降低趋势,分析原因,主要是磨机充填率的降低,减少了钢球之间的相互摩擦作用,其次是碎球率降低导致由腐蚀作用增加的钢耗降低。

Abstract:in this paper, through the application of cast iron section in jinchuan grinding, it is found that the grinding fineness is improved to after steel ball is replaced with cast iron section, which indicates that cast iron section has a strong effect on improving the grinding fineness.After steel balls were replaced with cast iron sections, the overall medium change ratioS showed a decreasing trend after comparing the change trends of the former and the latter, and the grinding fineness remained basically unchanged. In other words, the grinding fineness required for cast iron sections was lower under the same grinding fineness products.When steel ball is used as grinding medium, the electrical unit consumption of ball mill is 32.54kw /t, while when cast iron is used as grinding medium, the electrical unit consumption of ball mill is 30.87kw /t, which reduces by 1.67 percentage points.The main reason for the decrease of power consumption is that the reduction of medium change ratioS leads to the reduction of the load of the grinding machine, so the power consumption of the grinding machine will be reduced.Another reason is that after the steel ball is converted to cast iron section, the actual sliding effect is weakened. Compared with the steel ball, the mutual friction force between cast iron sections is stronger than that of the steel ball, and the sliding effect is weakened, so the wastage is reduced.After the steel balls were replaced with cast iron sections, the most significant change was the ball consumption. After the addition of cast iron sections, the steel consumption presented a trend of gradual decrease with the increase of time.
