中文摘要: 通过浮选试验、吸附量试验及红外光谱测试,研究了黄薯树胶在白钨矿与方解石浮选分离中的作用,并分析其机理。结果表明,在浮选体系中添加黄薯树胶对白钨矿抑制效果不明显,但对方解石有强烈的抑制效果。在pH=7,黄薯树胶用量为30mg/L时,方解石和白钨的可浮性出现较大差异,白钨矿与方解石可以有效分离。吸附量试验表明:抑制效果的差异原因在于黄薯树胶对方解石的表面吸附比对白钨矿表面吸附显著。红外光谱分析表明:黄薯树胶在白钨矿表面没有引起化学吸附作用, 但在方解石表面吸附作用较强, 主要引起了化学吸附。

Abstract:The effects and influences of tragacanth gum in the flotation separation of scheelite and calcite were studied by pure mineral flotation test, adsorption amount test and infrared spectrum test , and the mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the addition of tragacanth gum in the flotation system has no obvious depress effect on scheelite, but the calculus has a strong depress effect. When the pH is 7and the amount of tragacanth gum is 30 mg/L, the floatability of calcite and scheelite is greatly different, and the scheelite and calcite can be effectively separated. The adsorption amount test showed that the difference in inhibition effect was due to the fact that the surface adsorption of the Calcite of the tragacanth gum was superior to that of the scheelite.Infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that tragacanth gum did not cause chemisorption on the surface of scheelite, but it had strong adsorption on the surface of calcite, which mainly caused chemical adsorption.
