中文摘要: 针对国内某硫化铜镍矿石,铜含量为0.43%、镍含量为0.94%,采用铜镍等可浮工艺进行选别,获得了产率为4.12%,铜品位为9.85%,镍品位为11.13%,铜、镍回收率分别为90.72%和49.69%的铜镍混合精矿,同时还获得了产率为6.05%,镍品位为5.15%、铜含量为0.33%,镍回收率为33.76%的镍精矿。与铜优先浮选和铜镍混合浮选工艺相比,铜镍等可浮工艺具有流程稳定,对矿石性质的适应性强,可以根据市场情况变化灵活把握产品的特点。
Abstract:The technology of copper-nickel iso-flotability has been used for a certain copper and nickel sulfide ore with Cu-grade of 0.43% and Ni-grade of 0.94% in China. Copper-nickel mixed concentrate with Cu-grade of 9.85%, Ni-grade of 11.13%, Cu-recovery of 90.72% and Ni-recovery of 49.69% can be obtained, in the while nickel concentrate with Ni-grade of 5.15% and Ni-recovery of 33.76% can be obtained by using iso-flotability process. Compared with the copper preferential flotation and the copper-nickel mixed flotation process, the copper-nickel iso-flotability process has the advantages of stability, adaptability to ore properties, and flexibility of product according to market condition.
