中文摘要: 刚果(金)某铜钴矿含铜、钴分别为1.70%、0.291%,铜、钴氧化率达90%以上,且具有高钙镁、贫硫、易浮脉石含量高的特点。针对该类型矿开发出高效活化剂—CCMA811,通过一粗两扫三精的浮选工艺即可获得品位较高的铜钴混合精矿,与不采用活化剂的工艺相比,铜、钴回收率分别提高了10%和20%以上,精矿钴品位有1.81%提高至3.22%,实现了铜钴资源的高效回收与利用。
Abstract:The copper and cobalt content in the Congo (gold)S copper and cobalt ore is 1.70% and 0.291%, respectively. The oxidation rate of copper and cobalt is up to more than 90%, and it has the characteristics of high calcium magnesium, low iron, poor sulfur and high content of buoyant gangue. A kind of high-efficiency activator -- CCMA811 was developed for this type of ore. The mixed concentrate of copper and cobalt was obtained through the process of "grinding -- easy floatation -- sulfuric oxygen mixed flotation", in which copper 24.97% and cobalt 3.22% were contained, and the recovery rates of copper and cobalt were 79.02% and 60.59%, respectively, realizing the efficient recovery and utilization of copper and cobalt resources.
