中文摘要: 提出了逆向流态化虚拟富集槽设计概念并建立相应的仿真模型,在斯托克斯定律范围内分析了两组分颗粒的受力及分离情况,推断了颗粒在受逆向流场与离心流场耦合作用下虚拟富集槽的机理及对重颗粒的富集特性。论文以铁粉和二氧化硅颗粒为分析对象在水介质为环境下进行了数值仿真,验证了当内锥转速为700rpm、逆向流压力13500Pa,径、轴向比为1:2.7时虚拟富集槽起到了良好的富集分离效果。研究表明虚拟富集槽对简化超重力选矿设备分选锥结构具有重要意义。
Abstract:The design concept of reverse fluidization virtual enrichment tank was proposed and the corresponding simulation model was established. The force and separation of the two components of particles were analyzed within the scope of stokes’ law. The mechanism of virtual enrichment tank and the enrichment characteristics of heavy particles were deduced under the coupling effect of reverse flow field and centrifugal flow field. In this paper, the numerical simulation of iron powder and silica particles in water medium is carried out. The results show that the virtual enrichment tank has a good enrichment and separation effect when the inner cone speed is 700 rpm, the reverse flow pressure is 13500Pa and the ratio of diameter to axis is 1:2.7. The study shows that the virtual enrichment tank is of great significance to simplify the separation cone structure of high gravity ore dressing equipment.
