Abstract:In view of a copper sulfide ore in Fujian province, combined with ore properties and flotation process characteristics, a series of experiments on grinding fineness, regulator, depressant, collector and their dosage were carried out, and the optimum range of technological parameters was determined. The process flow of copper preferential flotation and copper tailings reconcentration is adopted,after two-roughing, one-concentration, four-cleaning preferential selection of copper,and one-roughing, two-concentration and one-cleaning to selection sulfur, Copper concentrate with yield of 5.75%, copper grade of 22.43% and recovery of 90.62%, and sulfur concentrate with yield of 16.14%, sulfur grade of 51.04% and recovery of 68.95% have been obtained. the test results obtained are advanced and can provide powerful data support for the development of the mine.
