中文摘要: 刚果(金)某硫化铜钴矿位于加丹加省利卡西市,属中非铜钴矿带典型的硫化铜钴矿,矿石含铜1.50%、钴0.48%。根据矿石中铜钴矿物难以浮选分离的矿物特性,确定了“铜钴混合浮选”的原则流程。结合新型高效选择性捕收剂BK404B及铜钴活化剂BKNA,采用“一粗两扫三精-粗精矿再磨”的工艺流程,浮选闭路试验获得含Cu26.93%,Co7.24%,铜回收率93.70%,钴回收率78.42%的铜钴精矿。另外,针对浮选闭路试验尾矿,通过强磁选强化对钴的回收,可获得含钴1.18%,钴回收率3.20%的磁选精矿,浮磁精矿合并后满足销售要求,即采用浮-磁联合工艺使钴的回收率提高3.20个百分点。
Abstract:This paper had a research about mineral processing technology on a sulfide copper-cobalt ore(Cu 1.50%, Co 0.5%) in Congo. The principle process of “copper-cobalt bulk flotation” was determined according to the ore characteristics. Then the efficient recovery of the ore resources was realized by applying the process of "1 roughing-2 scavenging-3cleaning-rough concentrate regrinding” combining the use of new efficient collector BK404B and the new copper-cobalt activator BKNA. Closed-circuit flotation test obtained a copper-cobalt concentrate containing Cu 26.93% , Co 7.24%. The copper recovery of is 93.70% and the cobalt recovery is 78.42. To improve cobalt recovery, magnetic separation test was carried out for flotation tailings. And concentrate containing cobalt 1.18% can be obtained by magnetic separation; the cobalt recovery is 3.2 percentages. It means that the use of flotation-magnetic separation combination process can increase the cobalt recovery by approximately 3.20 percentages.
