中文摘要: 云南某高硫高铁铅锌矿含铅5.80%,含锌18.90%,含硫36.40%,属于复杂难选硫化矿,其中伴生贵金属银含量达80g/t。矿石中主要金属矿物为方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铁矿等。通过对铅锌多金属硫化矿的浮选分离研究,采用“铅硫混合浮选—铅硫分离—尾矿再选锌”的浮选工艺流程,在磨矿细度为-74 μm占70%时,优化药剂条件与添加方式,获得良好的分选指标。获得了铅精矿铅品位58.37%,铅回收率86.02%,锌精矿锌品位为50.25%,锌回收率为94.38%,铅精矿含银430.9g/t,银回收率为44.84%,有价元素得到了有效回收。
Abstract:The lead-zinc ore in Yunnan contains lead 5.80%,zinc 18.90%and sulfur 36.40%, and it is a complex refractory sulfide ore. The content of rare metal silver is 80 g/t.The main valuable metallic minerals are galena,sphalerite and pyrite etc. Through the study on the flotation separation of Pb-Zn polymetallic sulfide ore, the flotation process of " Pb-S-floating, Pb-S-separating and Zn separation from tailings" is adopted, and the fineness of grinding is 70% to at 0.074mm, the conditions and adding methods of the agents are optimized to obtain a good separation index. The lead grade of lead concentrate was 58.37% and the lead recovery was 86.02%. The zinc grade of zinc concentrate was 50.25% and the recovery rate was 94.38%. The silver grade of lead concentrate was 430.9g/t and the recovery of silver was 44.84%. Using this technique, the valuable elements can be reclaimed effectively.
