中文摘要: 矿浆在浮选机的停留时间是浮选回路的重要参数,有利于了解浮选机内的流动特性、搅拌混合程度,能指导浮选机的操作,优化浮选机的设计。以实验室30L浮选机为研究对象,运用实验流体力学方法对30L浮选机液相进行停留时间分布研究,试验采用刺激响应法进行研究,得到了浮选机的停留时间分布,与理想停留时间进行了对比;运用双参数模型对试验处理分析,研究了槽体内的短路和死区的概率及短路和死区在浮选机中出现的区域。结果表明试验的平均停留时间与理想平均停留时间相差很小,短路和死区的概率分别为5.6%和2.7%。
Abstract:The residence time of pulp in the flotation cell is an important parameter of the flotation circuit, which is helpful to understand the flow characteristics and mixing degree in the flotation machine, thus guide the operation of the flotation cell, and optimize the design of the flotation machine. Taking the 30l laboratory flotation machine to do the research, the residence time distribution of the liquid phase of the 30l flotation cell was studied by using experimental fluid mechanics method. the experiment was carried out by using impulse response method, and the residence time distribution of the flotation machine was obtained, which was compared with the mean residence time. The probability of short circuit and dead zone in the tank and where it appeared in the flotation cell were studied by using the two-parameter model. The results show that the difference between the average residence time of the test and the mean residence time is very small, and the probabilities of short circuit and dead zone are respectively.
