中文摘要: 为详细研究缅甸地区铁锡矿石的工艺矿物学性质,通过X 射线衍射图谱分析(XRD)、显微镜镜下观察等手段,对矿石的化学组成、物相组成、嵌布特征、赋存状态等工艺矿物学性质进行了系统的研究。结果表明,矿石中铁主要以独立矿物的形式赋存在磁铁矿、赤铁矿、褐铁矿、黄铁矿及菱铁矿中;锡主要以独立矿物的形式赋存在锡石中。该矿可通过弱磁粗选-再磨再选-浮选脱硫流程先选出铁矿石,再采用摇床重选为主,磁选和浮选为辅的联合工艺可有效地回收弱磁粗选尾矿中的锡石,最终实现铁锡矿的综合回收利用。
Abstract:In order to study the process mineralogical properties of Iron-Tin ore in Myanmar in detail, the chemical composition, phase composition, dissemination characteristics and occurrence state of the ore were systematically studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and microscopic observation. The results show that iron mainly occurs in magnetite, hematite, limonite, pyrite and siderite as independent minerals, and tin mainly occurs in cassiterite as independent minerals. The cassiterite in the tailings of low-intensity magnetic roughing can be effectively recovered by the combined process of low-intensity magnetic roughing-grinding-flotation-desulphurization. The iron ore can be selected first, followed by shaking bed gravity separation, supplemented by magnetic separation and flotation, and finally the comprehensive recovery and utilization of iron and tin ore can be realized.
