中文摘要: 非洲赞比亚穆利亚希混合铜矿中铜品位为1.46%,铜矿物氧化率高,为76.92%,其中难选的结合氧化铜含量较高,结合率为39.16%,导致该矿石的选别难度极大。采用显微镜观察、矿物参数自动定量分析系统(MLA)等手段进行工艺矿物学研究,发现矿石中存在铁质矿物浸染结合铜和包裹氧化铜的现象,硅孔雀石和孔雀石与褐铁矿和黑云母包裹且嵌布粒度较细,造成矿石选别困难。依据工艺矿物学研究结果确定了适宜的选别流程,浮选闭路采用一粗一精一扫流程,可得到铜精矿品位为29.89%,回收率为30.56%,浮选尾矿采用加温酸浸法,可得到铜浸出率为82.19%,高效回收了难选混合铜矿中的铜资源。
Abstract:The copper grade of the Muliashi mixed copper ore in Zambia is 1.46%, and the oxidation rate of copper mineral is 76.92%. Among them, the proportion of refractory copper oxide combined is higher, which is 39.16%, which makes the ore recovery difficult. Process mineralogy research was carried out by microscopic observation and mineral parameter automatic quantitative analysis system (MLA). According to the study of process mineralogy, wrapping of copper oxide in iron mineral and iron-impregnated copper were found. The chrysocolla and malachite are wrapped with limonite and biotite and the disseminated grain size is fine, which makes the ore recovery difficult. According to the study results of process mineralogy, the suitable selection process was determined. The flotation closed circuit adopts a rough concentration, a concentration and a sweeping process. The copper concentrate grade was 29.89%, and the recovery efficiency was 30.56%. The flotation tailings adopts the warm acid leaching method, and the copper leaching efficiency was 82.19%. The copper resources in the refractory and mixed copper ore are efficiently recovered.
