中文摘要: 以云南腾冲某地铜铁矿为研究对象,运用化学多元素分析、物相分析、光学显微镜分析等手段,对该矿石的化学组成、铜、铁赋存状态、嵌布粒度进行了详细研究。研究表明,矿石中主要有价元素为铜和铁,品位分别为铜1.79%、38.31%。矿石中的铜主要赋存在孔雀石、黄铜矿、斑铜矿中,另有少量铜以结合氧化铜的形式赋存在中磁铁矿中,或呈吸附状态于绿泥石、混杂于其脉石矿物中,氧化铜分布率达到59.86%。铁主要以磁铁矿为主,赤铁矿次之,还有部分铁以类质同象的形式赋存在透辉石、透闪石、绿泥石、石榴石及橄榄石中。工艺矿物学研究表明,该矿石属难选矿,铜较高的氧化率、铁复杂的赋存状态,将导致铜精矿及铁精矿品位、回收率的降低。
Abstract:With copper-Iron ores in Tengchong of YunNan as the study object,by chemical analysis, phase analysis, optical microscope analysis to investigate chemical element composition, phase composition and distribution characteristics of mineral grain size. The results show that the main valuable recovery elements are copper and Iron, the grade of copper and Iron is 1.79% and 38.31%.Copper mainly exists in the form of malachite,chalcopyrite and bornite,a little of copper occurrence State of conjunction oxidized copper in the magnetitl,adsorption state with chlorite or hybrid with gangue,the oxidation rate of copper is 59.86%. Iron mainly exists in the form of magnetite and hematite,a little of Iron occurrence State of isomorphism in the diopside,tremolite,chlorite,garnet and olivine.Process mineralogy research show that the refractory mineral has high oxidation rate of copper,complex occurrence of Iron, may cause low grade and recovery of the concentrate.
