中文摘要: 针对某含碳铜钨锡多金属矿,Cu品位0.91%、WO3品位0.25%、Sn品位0.21%,采用优先浮铜工艺流程,闭路实验获得了产率3.22%、铜品位25.11%、铜回收率为89.16%的铜精矿；铜浮选尾矿采用浮选脱硫-重选-强磁分离流程回收锡、钨矿物,得到了含WO3 46.05%、含Sn 3.80%、WO3回收率42.46%的黑钨精矿和含WO3 6.25%、含Sn 58.03%、Sn回收率42.07%的非磁精矿。与现场生产指标相比,铜精矿Cu品位提高8.11%；钨综合回收率提高了5.49%,锡回收率提高了4.07%。

Abstract:The priority flotation process has been used for a certain carbon-impregnated copper- tungsten- tin polymetallic ore with Cu grade of 0.91%,WO₃ grade of 0.25% and Sn grade of 0.21%. Copper concentrate with yield of 3.22%, copper grade of 25.11% and copper recovery of 89.16% was obtained;The flotation sulfide removal -gravity separation-strong magnetic separation process was used to recover tin and tungsten minerals from copper flotation tailings. Wolframite concentrate with WO₃ grade of 46.05%, Sn grade of 3.80%, WO₃ recovery of 42.46%, and non-magnetic concentrate with WO₃ grade of 6.25%, Sn grade of 58.03% and WO₃ recovery of 42.07% were obtained. Compared with the on-site production index, the copper grade of copper concentrate is increased by 8.11%, the comprehensive tungsten recovery rate is increased by 5.49%, and the tin recovery rate is increased by 4.07%.
