中文摘要: 氧化锌矿和硫化锌矿是锌资源的主要组成部分,随着锌需求的不断增长及硫化锌矿资源的日益消耗,氧化锌矿的高效利用将成为解决锌资源匮乏问题的重要手段,而菱锌矿作为氧化锌矿物的典型代表,被广大科研工作者关注和研究。近年来,硫化浮选法被广泛应用于处理氧化锌矿,故硫化是该工艺的关键环节。本文在前人研究的基础上,归纳和分析了菱锌矿的表面硫化机理及影响硫化的主要因素,并详细阐述了强化菱锌矿表面硫化的方法,指出在今后的研究中,应借助多学科交叉及各先进检测分析手段完善菱锌矿的表面硫化机理和强化硫化机制。同时,研发高效硫化-绿色清洁的新型浮选技术有助于选矿工作者们更好地从事生产实践。
Abstract:Zinc oxide ores and zinc sulfide ores are main parts of zinc resources, with the increasingly demand for zinc and the growing consumption of zinc sulfide ores, the efficient utilization of zinc oxide ores will become an important means to solve the problem of zinc resource shortage, and smithsonite is concerned and studied by many researchers as a typical representative of zinc oxide mineral. In recent years, sulfidization flotation is widely used to treat zinc oxide ores, so the sulfidization is a key of this methodology. Based on the previous researches, this paper summarizes and analyzes the mechanism of surface sulfidization of smithsonite and the main factors affecting the sulfidization, and elaborates several methods to strengthen the surface sulfidization of smithsonite, it is pointed out that the the mechanism of surface sulfidization and enhanced sulfidization of smithsonite should be improved by means of interdisciplinary research and advanced detection and analysis methods. Meanwhile the research and development of new flotation techniques with efficient sulfidization - green cleaning will help the workers of beneficiation to better engage in production practice.
