中文摘要: 为了实现提高复合铁矿石的高效预选作业,尽量提高矿石的入磨品位,简化磨选工艺流程,减少磨选作业处理量,降低设备的生产成本。复合铁矿往往含有强磁性和弱磁性矿物,采用预选抛废工艺,通过常规筒式磁选机往往不能达到比较理想的选别指标,而且存在工艺及设备运行复杂等难题。因此采用一种新型的磁选技术,使用单台设备便可实现不同种类的矿石的梯级分选作业,解决配置复杂以及湿式磨前预选工艺,是外磁式磁选机降本增效的一种有效途径。本文在研究外磁式磁选机的分选原理及结构特点,分析了梅山铁矿试验室指标,在调整筒体转速,漂洗水量以及调整设备倾角,现场工业条件试验进一步证实,获得了精矿TFe品位53.24%,尾矿品位小于22%的试验指标,回收率64.78%的最佳试验分选指标。对龙桥铁矿进行了磁场强度条件试验及漂洗水量条件试验,龙桥铁矿最终获得了精矿TFe品位44.36%,回收率为94.19%的最佳试验指标。
Abstract:In order to improve the efficient pre-selection of composite iron ore, try to increase the grade of the ore into the mill, simplify the grinding process, reduce the processing capacity of the grinding operation, and reduce the production cost of the equipment. The composite iron ore often contains strong magnetic and weak magnetic minerals, and the pre-selection waste disposal process is often used. Conventional cylindrical magnetic separators often fail to achieve the ideal selection index, and there are problems such as complicated process and equipment operation. Therefore, a new type of magnetic separation technology is used, and a single equipment can be used to realize the cascade separation operation of different types of ores. It solves the complicated configuration and wet pre-grinding pre-selection process, which is one of the external magnetic type magnetic separator cost reduction and efficiency increase. An effective way. This article is studying the separation principle and structural characteristics of the external magnetic separator, analyzing the indicators of the Meishan Iron Mine laboratory, and conducting field industrial conditions tests on the cylinder speed, rinsing water volume and equipment inclination, and obtained the TFe grade of concentrate 53.24% The test index of tailings grade is less than 22%, the best test sorting index of recovery rate is 64.78%. The ideal beneficiation index, under the condition of magnetic field strength test and rinsing water condition test in Longqiao Iron Mine, the Meishan test finally obtained Longqiao Iron Mine and finally obtained the TFe grade of concentrate 44.36%, the recovery rate was 94.19% The best test index.
