中文摘要: 传统选矿工艺中碎磨系统是选矿厂重要组成部分,投资占全厂总额的60%左右,其中半自磨机钢耗和电耗占整个磨矿作业的50%左右,内蒙古乌山大型有色金属铜钼矿山(以下简称乌山)为了进一步的节约磨矿成本、降低能耗,开展了半自磨机区间加球技术的研究与探索,通过工业试验应用有效降低半自磨机钢球单耗约24.62%,降低电耗约2.75%。

Abstract:Traditional mineral processing technology of broken grinding system is an important part of concentrator, investment accounted for about 60% of the total amount of factory, one and a half since the mill steel consumption and power consumption accounts for about 50% of the whole grinding operation, osan large non-ferrous metals copper molybdenum mining in Inner Mongolia (hereinafter referred to as the osan) in order to further the grinding cost saving, reducing energy consumption, was carried out by half since the mill range ball technology research and exploration, through industrial test application effectively reduce half since the mill ball consumption by about 24.62%, reduce the power consumption of about 2.75%.
