中文摘要: 对含Cu 0.96%、Ni 1.36%的某低品位铜镍电镀污泥开展了矿化-浮选工艺研究,通过矿物自动检测仪(MLA)、扫描电镜能谱仪(EDS)、X荧光分析(XRF)等分析手段,研究了污泥矿化前后性质变化。对电镀污泥矿化后的烟化炉渣进行浮选试验研究,浮选闭路试验获得了含Cu 5.47%、Ni 8.03%的铜镍混合精矿,作业回收率分别为91.37%和Ni 95.10%。浮选尾矿中铜、镍含量小于0.15%,不属于具有浸出毒性特征的危险废物。该工艺有效的实现了低品位铜镍电镀污泥的资源化回收和无害化处置。

Abstract:For a low-grade copper nickel electroplating sludge assaying 0.96% Cu and 1.36% Ni, the process research of mineralization and flotation was conducted. Multiple technics including mineral Liberation Analyzer (MLA), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF) and other analytical methods were used to study the properties of the electroplating sludge before and after mineralization. Flotation study were conducted on fuming slag from mineralization, the copper nickel mixed concentrate assaying Cu 5.47% and Ni 8.03%
