中文摘要: 在十二胺浮选体系中,对蓝晶石和石英进行交互影响的规律研究,运用扩展DLVO理论分析和显微镜观察等手段对浮选交互影响的机理进行分析。结果表明:在pH值为8,当FeCl3.6H2O用量30mg/L、十二胺用量80mg/L时,各粒级石英与不同粒级蓝晶石之间存在交互作用,颗粒之间的粘附罩盖是造成蓝晶石与石英浮选过程中交互影响的主要原因之一。

Abstract:In the dodecylamine flotation system, the interaction effect between the kyanite and quartz is studied, and the mechanism of the interaction effect of flotation is analyzed by means of extended DLVO theoretical analysis and microscope observation. The results show that when the pH is 8 and the dosage of FeCl3.6H2O is 30 mg/L and the dosage of dodecylamine is 80 mg/L, there is an interaction between the each grade of quartz and different grades of kyanite, and the adhesion cover between the particles is one of the main reasons for the interaction effect between the kyanite and quartz in the flotation process.
