中文摘要: 针对江西某花岗岩型难浸硬岩沥青铀矿石,采用常规稀硫酸浸出时稀硫酸、双氧水药剂消耗大,浸出时间长,铀浸出率较低的问题;为了提高该难浸硬岩铀矿的浸出率,通过采用稀土永磁内磁处理器对稀硫酸进行磁化处理后再进行浸出铀的对比试验。试验得出:在磁场强度为610KA/m、磁化时间45min、细度-0.295mm含量占88%、硫酸浓度为21%、H2O2用量为0.7%、浸出时间3.5h的条件下,最终获得了浸出矿渣含铀0.0092%、铀浸出率为91.24%的试验指标。与常规条件下铀浸出试验对比,铀浸出率提高了8.99%,浸出矿渣含铀量减少0.0168%,并且稀硫酸浓度降低2%,H2O2用量减少0.1%,浸出时间缩短0.5h。磁场强化硬岩铀矿浸出工艺为硬岩铀矿浸出技术提供了新的强化浸出方法,同时也为同类型矿山的浸出工艺技术提供技术参考。

Abstract:Aiming at a certain granite-type hard rock bituminous uranium ore in Jiangxi, when using conventional dilute sulfuric acid to leaching, dilute sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide are consumed, the leaching time is long, and the uranium leaching rate is low; in order to improve the leaching of the refractory hard rock uranium ore The comparative test of leaching uranium is carried out after magnetizing dilute sulfuric acid by using a rare earth permanent magnet internal magnetic processor. The test results: under the conditions of magnetic field strength of 610KA/m, magnetization time of 45min, fineness of -0.295mm content of 88%, sulfuric acid concentration of 21%, H2O2 dosage of 0.7%, and leaching time of 3.5h, the final leaching is obtained The slag contains 0.0092% uranium and the uranium leaching rate is 91.24%. Compared with the uranium leaching test under conventional conditions, the uranium leaching rate was increased by 8.98%, the uranium content of the leaching slag was reduced by 0.0168%, and the concentration of dilute sulfuric acid was reduced by 2%, the amount of H2O2 was reduced by 0.1%, and the leaching time was shortened by 0.5h. The magnetic field enhanced hard rock uranium ore leaching technology provides a new enhanced leaching method for hard rock uranium ore leaching technology, and also provides a technical reference for the leaching technology of the same type of mine.
