中文摘要: 为了探究风力因素对分选腔流场特性、磁选机分选性能的影响,本文将借助计算流体力学软件ANSYS fluent对新型干式永磁筒式磁选机分选腔进行流场特性研究,并通过整机试验研究风力因素对分选性能的影响。研究结果表明:风力能够改变分选腔内的流场特性,分选腔内压力值随着风速的增加由1.22×104Pa增长为2.622×104Pa;分选腔内流体流速随着风速的增加由5.146×101m/s增大为1.421×102m/s;分选腔内径向浓度分布由9.837kg/m3~7.253kg/m3变化为1.225kg/m3~9.837kg/m3;分选腔内湍动能由3.324×102J/kg增长为8.111×102J/kg;随着风速的增加精矿品位由17.78%提升到19.63%,尾矿磁性铁品位由1.09%降低到0.77%,精矿产能从2719.41kg/h提升到2869.42kg/h,铁矿处理量由原来的28525.66kg/h提升到30793.93kg/h。因此,风力因素能够改善流场特性,提升磁选机的分选性能。
Abstract:In order to explore the influence of wind power on the flow field characteristics of the separation chamber and the separation performance of the magnetic separator, this paper studied the flow field characteristics of the separation chamber of the new dry permanent magnet drum magnetic separator with the help of the computational fluid dynamics software ANSYS fluent, and studied the influence of wind power on the separation performance through the whole machine test.The results show that: the wind can change the characteristics of the flow field in the separation chamber, and the pressure in the separation chamber increases from 1.22×104Pa to 2.622×104Pa with the increase of the wind speed.With the increase of wind speed, the fluid velocity in the separation chamber increased from 5.146×101m/s to 1.421×102m/s.The radial concentration distribution in the separation chamber varied from 9.837kg/m3 ~7.253kg/m3 to 1.225kg/m3~ 9.837kg/m3.The turbulent kinetic energy in the separation chamber increased from 3.324×102J/kg to 8.111×102J/kg.With the increase of wind speed, the concentrate grade increased from 17.78% to 19.63%, the magnetic iron grade of tailings decreased from 1.09% to 0.77%, the concentrate capacity increased from 2719.41kg/h to 2869.42kg/h, and the iron ore treatment capacity increased from 28525.66kg/h to 30793.93kg/h.Therefore, the wind factor can improve the characteristics of the flow field and improve the separation performance of the magnetic separator.
