中文摘要: 磁选设备被广泛用于分离具有磁性差异的物质,是磁选工艺实现的基础。随着磁选设备的发展,永磁磁选机能耗小、操作维护简单、重量轻、体积小、性能稳定等特点,相较电磁磁选机具有更广阔的发展前景。国内外各专家学者对永磁磁选机的研究做了大量的工作,取得了较大的进展。本文以永磁磁选设备结构形式、产品规格及控制方式等方面为主,对国内外的永磁磁力滚筒、永磁筒式磁选机、永磁辊式磁选机、永磁高梯度磁选机的发展趋势做了简要总结,并就未来永磁磁选设备的研究和发展作了展望。
Abstract:The magnetic separation equipment finds extensive application in separation of materials with magnetic differences, and constitutes the foundation for realization of magnetic separation technology. With the development of magnetic separation equipment, permanent magnetic separators are featured by low energy consumption, simple operation and maintenance, light weight, small size, and stable performance, and have broader development prospects compared with electromagnetic separators. Domestic and foreign experts and scholars have done a tremendous amount of work on permanent magnetic separators and made greater progress. By focusing on the structure, product specifications and control methods of permanent magnetic equipment, this paper gives brief summary of the development trend of domestic and foreign permanent magnetic drums, permanent drum magnetic separators, permanent roller magnetic separators, and high gradient permanent magnetic separators, and looks into the research and development of future permanent magnetic separation equipment.
