中文摘要: 玻利维亚Chacarilla铜矿,含Cu 2.74%,为一典型的含泥量大的高品位复杂氧化铜矿。为开发利用该矿石,对原矿进行了0.18mm分级预先抛废,在Cu损失率<10%的情况下,可预先抛除47.03%的废石(-0.18mm粒级),使入浮Cu品位大幅提高至4.65%,并可有效提高处理能力,明显改善浮选环境。入浮试样(+0.18mm粒级)中,Cu氧化率达83.18%,其中“不可浮”的结合铜占10.93%;主要脉石矿物为石英、长石、方解石、白云母等,铜矿物种类繁多,主要为赤铜矿、水铜矾,次为孔雀石、硅孔雀石、蓝辉铜矿等,预计这些都将增加浮选的难度。针对试样的性质特点,进行了浮选研究,结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下,采用“分步优先易难分选”的工艺流程,最终获得了良好的技术指标,精矿Cu品位达25.76%、回收率达89.36 %。

Abstract:A certain copper ore in Chacarilla area from Bolivia, with the high Cu content of 2.74%, belongs to one type of high grade and high mud content complex copper oxide ore. In order to make full use of the ore, the raw ore was classified and pre-discarded by 0.18mm., the barren rocks, which accounted for 47.03% of the raw ore (-0.18mm size fraction), could be pre-discarded, while the copper loss of less than 10%, the Cu grade of the feed of flotation (+0.18mm size fraction) was increased to 4.65%, the treatment capacity can be effectively improved and the flotation environment can be significantly ameliorated. The oxidation rate of Cu of the feed is 83.18%, in which the "non-floatable " bound copper accounts for 10.93%, the main gangue minerals in the feed of flotation are quartz, feldspar, calcite and muscovite and so on, the copper minerals are mainly hematite, copper alum and a small amount of malachite, chrysocolla and digenite, which would increase the difficulty of flotation. According to properties of the feed, the flotation was carried out. The results show that, under the optimum conditions, concentrate with the Cu grade and recovery of 25.76% and 89.36% respectively, could be obtained by activation flotation process of “step by step flotation of easily and difficultly flotation minerals”.
