中文摘要: 云南省拥有丰富的钛砂矿资源,普遍采用重选工艺,钛回收率低至20%,造成大量钛资源浪费,急需一种新设备、新工艺来提高钛砂矿选矿指标。针对云南某钛砂矿风化含泥重的特点,采用大颗粒磁介质SLon脉动高梯度磁选直接-5 mm入选抛废脱泥,可以获得富集比2.02(钛品位由4.94%提高至10.02%),抛废率高达48.47%,仅损失7.17%钛回收率的钛粗精矿,这为后续重选作业起到至关重要作用。采用SLon脉动高梯度磁选粗选-摇床精选工艺流程,最终获得钛精矿品位为48.05%,钛回收率为59.05%的良好选矿指标。

Abstract:Yunnan province has abundant titanium sand resource; however, its was mainly processed with gravitation concentration methods and the recovery is as low as 20%, which caused a lot of titanium loss into tailings. Therefore, new separation equipments and process are urgently required to improve the separation performance for the titanium sand. Aiming at the characteristics of titanium sand which is seriously weathered and contain abundant slime, coarse particle SLon pulsating high gradient magnetic separator (PHGMS) was applied to directly separate the titanium sand with feed particle size below -5 mm. The separator produced a primary titanium concentrate, with the concentration ratio and discarded tailings mass weight reaching as high as 2.02 (with TiO2 grade improved from 3.00% to 6.06%) and 48.17%; and, its TiO2 recovery loss is only 7.17%, providing a vital technology for the subsequent gravity concentration process. In industry, coarse particle SLon PHGMS roughing-tables cleaning process was applied for this titanium sand, and a final tatinium concentrate assaying 48.05% TiO2 with 59.05% recovery was produced.
