中文摘要: 江西某矿山所产氰化浸金尾渣中具有综合回收价值的金属主要为铅、锌,铅、锌品位分别为2.25%和0.71%,且铅氧化率较高,尾渣矿物粒度细,针对该尾渣性质特点,试验研究采用“次氯酸钠预处理—铅锌优先浮选工艺”方案对其进行回收,闭路试验获得了铅品位54.53%,锌品位5.12%的铅精矿和锌品位46.52%,铅品位2.37%的锌精矿,试验指标良好,金属综合利用率高,且试验工艺流程简单易实施,药剂制度经济合理,为该尾渣资源的综合利用提供了技术依据,试验研究所采用的D11为针对氰化尾渣性质特点研发的一种新型铅矿物捕收剂,对铅矿物的捕收能力和选择性均较好,为白色粉末状固体,易溶于水。
Abstract:The metals which can be comprehensively recovered from a gold cyanide leaching tailings mine in Jiangxi Province are lead and zinc with their grades are 2.25% and 0.71% respectively. The oxidation rate of lead is high, and the particle size of tailings minerals is fine. According to the characteristics of the tailings, the scheme of "sodium hypochlorite pretreatment-lead-zinc preferential flotation process" is adopted in the experimental,which obtains lead concentrate with lead grade of 54.53% and zinc grade of 5.12%, zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 46.52% and lead grade of 2.37%,the test index is good and comprehensive utilization rate of metals is high , moreover, the test process is simple and easy to implement and the reagent system is economical and reasonable. it provides a technical basis for the comprehensive utilization of the tailings resources.D11 is a new collector for lead minerals developed according to the properties of cyanide tailings, which is a white powdery solid and easily soluble in water, and the collection ability and selectivity for lead minerals are good.
