中文摘要: 针对某含铜钴的金多金属矿通过铜优先-金钴混合浮选试验流程金回收指标偏低的问题,在对浮选尾矿多元素分析、粒度筛析及金属分布的测定和工艺矿物学检查后发现粗颗粒中含一定量的金,同时部分被氧化需进行再磨再选和氰化浸出选冶联合回收金。再磨再选得到的金钴精矿中金的回收率为6.93%;再磨再选尾矿经氰化浸出后浸渣金品位0.33g/t,金作业浸出率为80.0%,其对原矿金回收率为19.04%; “铜优先-金钴混合浮选-尾矿再磨再选-再选尾矿炭浸”的选冶联合工艺获得的金总回收率为95.38%。
Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the gold recovery of a copper-cobalt containing gold polymetallic ore is relatively low through the copper preferential-gold-cobalt mixed flotation test process, after multi-element analysis, particle size screening, determination of metal distribution and process mineralogy examination of flotation tailings. It is found that the coarse particles contain a certain amount of gold and some are partially oxidized at the same time, and re-grinding and re-separation and cyanidation leaching are carried out to recover gold. The recovery of gold in the gold cobalt concentrate obtained by regrinding and regrinding is 6.93%. After cyanidation leaching of regrinding and regrinding tailings, the gold grade of the leached residue is 0.33g/t, the leaching rate of gold operation is 80.0%, and the gold recovery rate of the raw ore is 19.04%; The total gold recovery rate obtained by the combined process of "copper first-gold-cobalt mixed flotation-tailings regrinding and regrinding-tailings carbon leaching" is 95.38%.
