中文摘要: 研究了金红石在几种C18烷(烯)酸钠组合药剂体系中的浮选行为,首次将紫外漫反射吸收光谱与Zeta电位、表面张力、表面润湿性等其他研究手段相结合,从气液、固液界面化学角度探讨了组合药剂之间以及组合药剂与金红石的作用机理。结果表明,油酸钠(SO)和硬脂酸钠(ST)协同浮选体系中金红石回收率低于其他药剂组合,药剂添加顺序对油酸钠和亚麻酸钠(SL)协同浮选体系的影响最大,同一药剂添加顺序下不同体系中金红石的回收率呈现不同的变化规律。组合药剂中分子间缔合物的生成及其空间构象是影响不同组合体系中金红石浮选行为的关键因素,油酸钠和亚油酸钠(SN)可在金红石表面生成一种非直线的类“三明治”型缔合物。药剂组合在金红石表面的吸附类型主要有相互诱导的单层离子共吸附和缔合物形式的多层吸附两大类。紫外漫反射吸收光谱显示每种体系内不同药剂添加顺序下金红石浮选指标与其带隙变化有较好的一致性,但不同体系之间带隙变化规律则需进一步研究。
Abstract:Flotation behaviors of rutile in different systems of several sodium salts of octadecenoic(octadecanoic) acids have been studied respectively. Several measurements including Zeta potential, surface intension, contact angle and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra were employed to investigated the interaction mechanisms of reagents as well as reagents onto mineral surface. The results indicate that the rutile recovery of sodium oleate(SO)/ sodium stearate(ST) system is lowest and the adding order of reagent has the maximum impact on rutile flotation performance in sodium oleate/sodium linolenate(SL) system than those in other systems. The rutile recovery varies with the system even though under the same reagent adding sequence. It is the formation of the association compounds and their configurations that impact the flotation nature in different systems and there is a nonlinear sandwich-shaped complex formed on rutile surface in SO/SN system. The adsorption modes of reagents on rutile surface can be divided into two types, namely single-layer adsorption of ionic state in which the two reagents can promotes each other’s adsorption and multi-layer adsorption mode of association complex. The flotation indexes of rutile at different reagent adding sequences agree well with the changes of bandgap in each system but the changing rules of bandgap between different systems need further research.
