中文摘要: 微山稀土矿现生产采用单一浮选流程。当新探明的十二号脉矿石的给入量大于30%时,选矿生产的精矿品位和金属回收率由原来45%和85%降至30%和55%,严重影响了企业经济效益。为了查明原因,进行了全流程考察,并对浮选流程中二次精选的尾矿进行了岩矿鉴定。通过电子探针、能谱分析测得微山稀土矿十二号矿脉中稀土矿物主要是碳酸铈钠矿,其次是氟碳铈矿、氟碳钙铈矿。采用浮选-强磁选联合工艺,使稀土矿物梯级产出,解决了十二号脉矿石采用单一浮选,中矿恶化选矿指标的难题,获得品位40.18%的精矿和品位16.59%的中矿。由于中矿Sr、Ba含量高,采用化学选冶工艺综合回收稀土、氧化锶、氧化钡等,可获得良好的经济效益。
Abstract:Single flotation process is adopted in Weishan rare earth mine production. When the feed rate of the newly proved No.12 vein ore is more than 30%, the concentrate grade and metal recovery rate of beneficiation production are reduced from 45% and 85% to 30% and 55%, which seriously affects the economic benefits of the enterprise. In order to find out the reason, the whole process was investigated, and the rock ore identification was carried out for the tailings of secondary cleaning in the flotation process. By means of electron probe microanalysis and energy spectrum analysis,it is found that the rare earth mineral in No.12 ore vein is mainly carbocernaite, The second is Bastnasite and Parisite. The combined process of flotation and high intensity magnetic separation was used to make rare earth minerals step by step. The problem that middling worsened the beneficiation index of No.12 vein ore by single flotation was solved. The concentrate with grade of 40.18% and middling with grade of 16.59% were obtained. Due to the high content of Sr and Ba in middlings, good economic benefits can be obtained by comprehensive recovery of rare earth, strontium oxide and barium oxide by chemical beneficiation and metallurgy process.
