中文摘要: 近年来,为了响应国家节能减排,建设绿色矿山的政策,解决矿物原料需求大于供给的问题,国内外各大选厂一方面逐渐开始革新现有的设备,另一方面也在逐渐使用重选代替其他的选别方法。重选作为一种古老的选矿方法,因其绿色,成本低在当今社会又一次展现了勃勃的生机。螺旋溜槽作为重选设备的一种,因其入选粒度范围宽、单位面积处理量大、结构简单、无运动部件、易于维护以及独特的结构和优良的分选性能等优点而被广泛应用于国内外选矿厂。目前国内外对于螺旋溜槽的研究多集中在对理论公式的以及模型的优化上,对二次环流的研究则较少。本文通过总结国内外螺旋溜槽中二次环流的研究现状;进一步总结螺旋溜槽工作参数对水流特性及其分选作用的影响,分析了二次环流的研究方向。
Abstract:In recent years, in order to respond to the national policy of energy conservation and emission reduction, construction of green mines, and solve the problem that the demand for mineral raw materials is greater than the supply, on the one hand, various election plants at home and abroad have gradually begun to renovate the existing equipment, on the other hand, they are also gradually replacing other methods of selection with re-selection.As an ancient mineral processing method, re-selection has once again shown its vitality in today"s society due to its green and low cost.As a kind of heavy separation equipment, spiral chute is widely used in concentrators at home and abroad due to its wide selection size range, large unit area handling capacity, simple structure, no moving parts, easy maintenance, unique structure and excellent sorting performance.At present, the research on spiral chute at home and abroad focuses on the optimization of theoretical formula and model, but the research on secondary circulation is less.In this paper, the research status of secondary circulation in spiral chute is summarized.The influence of operating parameters of spiral chute on water flow characteristics and separation is further summarized, and the research direction of secondary circulation is analyzed.
