中文摘要: 为阐明油酸钠体系下电化学预处理对Pb2+活化白云母可浮性的影响规律及作用机理,研究利用电化学预处理后的硝酸铅溶液进行纯矿物浮选试验,采用XPS、Zeta电位、红外光谱等检测手段对不同白云母样品进行表征。结果表明:电化学预处理可有效调控Pb2+对白云母的活化作用。与未处理相比,预处理后的硝酸铅溶液作用于白云母表面可使白云母的回收率降低32.4%。电化学预处理弱化Pb2+对白云母活化作用的机理在于:预处理可使硝酸铅溶液的pH值降低,电导率升高;同时预处理还可使硝酸铅溶液中的Pb2+转化为PbO2及铅单质,降低溶液中Pb2+的含量,导致白云母表面生成的铅的羟基络合物含量减少,不利于Pb2+对白云母的活化作用。研究为电化学预处理调控Pb2+对非金属矿物的高效分选提供一定的理论基础,同时为电化学预处理药剂在选矿工艺中的应用提供一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract:In order to understand the influence and mechanism of Pb2+ on the floatability of muscovite through electrochemical pretreatment in the sodium oleate system, a pure mineral flotation test using lead nitrate solution after electrochemical pretreatment was tested, and the muscovite samples were characterized through Zeta potential, infrared spectroscopy and XPS. The results suggested that electrochemical pretreatment could significantly regulate the activation of Pb2+ on muscovite. Compared with untreated, the pretreatment of lead nitrate solution on the muscovite surface can reduce the recovery rate of muscovite by 32.4%. The mechanism is that the pretreatment can reduce the pH value, increase the conductivity of the lead nitrate solution; meanwhile, pretreatment can also convert Pb2+ into PbO2 and lead element in lead nitrate solution, reduce the content of Pb2+, and decrease the lead hydroxyl complexes on the muscovite surface, which is not conductive to the activation of Pb2+ on muscovite. The study not only provide a theoretical basis for electrochemical pretreatment to regulate the activation of Pb2+ on non-metallic minerals, but also give a certain reference significance for the agents of electrochemical pretreatment.
