中文摘要: 大型浮选机槽体以经验为基础的设计方式,导致过多的冗余结构及较大的安全系数,造成自身重量大,因此减轻重量降低制造成本成为浮选机研发生产制造企业急需解决的问题。本文采用数值计算的方法,首先建立原槽体的三维有限元模型,分析其强度及刚度,找到冗余部位;然后制定轻量化的设计方案,再次对轻量化槽体进行结构强度及刚度分析,满足设计要求的前提下,对其进行动态特性分析,得到轻量化槽体的各阶固有频率及对应的模态,最小固有频率都大于浮选机运转部件的频率,所以不会发生共振。最后对轻量化槽体进行性能评价,在满足静态及动态特性的基础上,重量减轻了15.25%,效果非常明显。
Abstract:The experience-based design of large flotation cell tanks led to excessive redundant structure and large safety factor, resulting in the large weight. Therefore, reducing weight and reducing manufacturing costs had become an urgent need solved problem for flotation cell R D and manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, first using the numerical calculation method, a three-dimensional finite element model of the original tank was established, its strength and stiffness was analyzed, and the redundant parts were found. Then, a lightweight design scheme was developed, and the structural strength and stiffness of the lightweight tank were analyzed again. On the premise of meeting the design requirements, the dynamic characteristics were analyzed to obtain the various stages natural frequencies and the corresponding modalities of the lightweight tank. The minimum natural frequencies was greater than the frequency of the running parts of the flotation cell, and the resonance did not occur. Finally, the performance of the lightweight tank was evaluated. On the basis of satisfying the static and dynamic characteristics, the weight was reduced by 15.25%, and the effect was very obvious.
