中文摘要: 梅山铁矿2-0.5mm选别系统原采用一粗一扫常规筒式磁选机进行分选,存在金属回收率低等问题,采用外磁式磁选机替代原系统一粗一扫筒式磁选机,进行了2-0.5mm混合铁矿分选试验研究,结果表明:在分选筒转速16r/min、漂洗水全开条件下,可以实现相比原系统精矿TFe回收率提高10.68个百分点,尾矿磁性铁含量从0.57%降低至0.24%,尾矿中磁性铁和赤褐铁矿形式铁总含量占比从42.88%降低至31.11%,外磁式磁选机显著提高了系统金属回收率,同时简化了流程配置。

Abstract:The 2-0.5mm separation system of Meishan Iron Mine used conventional drum type magnetic separator with one roughing and one scavenging, which has the problem of low metal recovery. The external magnet magnetic separator was used to replace the original system of unified roughing and scavenging drum type magnetic separator. The separation experiment of 2-0.5mm mixed iron ore was carried out. Under the condition of separator drum speed of 16r/min and rinsing water fully opened, the results show the recovery rate of TFe increased by 10.68% compared with the original system. and the content of Fe for Fe3O4 in tailings decreased from 0.57% to 0.24%. The total content ratio of Fe for Fe3O4 and Fe2O3 in tailings decreased from 42.88% to 31.11%. The external magnet magnetic separator significantly improved the metal recovery rate of the system and simplified the process configuration.
