中文摘要: 对西藏某铜多金属矿选矿厂现有生产流程进行考查,从原矿工艺矿物学分析入手,通过浮选工艺优化条件试验,系统查明了影响铜精矿品质的关键因素,设计并提出了新的合理工艺流程。经工艺优化后可获得含铜20.66%,铜回收率79.81%的铜精矿产品,浮选尾矿中含铜0.21%且主要为氧化铜矿物。
Abstract:In this study, the current beneficiationprocess of the copper polymetallic orein Tibet was investigated systematically. Based onmineralogical analysis of the raw ore,the key factors affecting the quality of copper concentrateproduct were identified through theoptimization tests of flotation, and a new reasonable technological process was designed and proposed in this paper. The results indicate that a better copper concentrate product with the grade of copper is increased to20.66% and recovery of copper is increased to79.81% after the optimization of process parameters. The flotation tailings contain 0.21% copperwhich mainly exists inthe oxide copper minerals.
