中文摘要: 刚果(金)高炭质页岩铜钴矿脱碳精矿中由于炭质物及轻质脉石的存在,致使直接浮选处理精选富集比低,无法形成合格的铜钴精矿,所以现场将脱碳精矿排放至总尾矿中,导致铜钴金属流失严重。针对以上问题,开展了脱碳精矿样品性质研究及回收铜钴小型试验研究,确定了离心重选预处理-离心粗精矿浮选的工艺流程,有效解决了炭质物对浮选干扰的问题,采用推荐工艺处理脱碳精矿,小型闭路试验产出的铜精矿含Cu 18.45%、Co3.22%,达到了产品销售标准,铜、钴金属实际回收回收率分别提高了5.81%、3.48%。
Abstract:Due to the existence of carbonaceous substances and light gangue in the decarburized concentrate of high carbonaceous shale copper cobalt mine in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the concentration ratio of direct flotation treatment is low and qualified copper cobalt concentrate cannot be formed. Therefore, the decarburized concentrate is discharged into the total tailings on site, resulting in serious loss of copper cobalt metal. In view of the above problems, the study on the properties of decarbonized concentrate samples and the small-scale experimental study on the recovery of copper and cobalt were carried out, and the process flow of centrifugal gravity separation pretreatment centrifugal coarse concentrate flotation was determined, which effectively solved the problem of the interference of carbonaceous substances on flotation. The recommended process was used to treat decarbonized concentrate. The copper concentrate produced in the small-scale closed-circuit test contained 18.45% Cu and CO3 22%, which reached the product sales standard, and the actual recovery rates of copper and cobalt increased by 5.81% and 3.48% respectively.
