低碱下含硫化物的抑硫机理和行为研究现状

中文摘要: 在国家“双碳”政策背景下,石灰煅烧生产伴随着大量碳排放,致使石灰行业受到冲击。有色金属行业因石灰作为重要的pH调节剂和强碱硫抑制剂,被石灰供应问题影响而受到波及;因此寻找有效的石灰替代品,研究和开发低碱硫抑制剂成为热点。在低碱硫抑制剂中,含硫化物的性质优越,低碱下对含硫矿物的抑制效果较好。本文基于“化学反应假说”和“电化学反应假说”介绍含硫矿物的上浮机理,总结含硫矿物的一般浮选行为;然后基于“电化学反应假说”,含硫化物通过在含硫矿物表面,取代阳极上的双黄药氧化生产反应,达到抑硫效果;最后分别总结了硫化物、硫氧化物和含硫低聚物的抑硫机理和行为。基于以上研究现状,总结含硫化物的作为低碱硫抑制剂的优劣势,指出应完善多硫化物对不同氧化程度、不同晶体结构含硫矿物的抑制行为和机理研究,开发新型含硫化物结构、进行组合抑制剂研究,强化多硫化物的抑硫效果。
Abstract:Under the background of the national "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" policy, lime calcination production is accompanied by a large amount of carbon emissions, which has caused the lime industry to be impacted. The nonferrous metal industry is affected by the lime supply problem because lime is an important pH regulator and effect sulfur depressant. Therefore, it has become a hot research topic for effective substitute of lime, and research low-basicity sulfur depressants. Among the low-basicity sulfur depressants, sulfocompounds can effectively depress sulfide minerals in low-basicity environment, with excellent depression effect. Combining the "chemical reaction hypothesis" and "electrochemical reaction hypothesis", this paper analyzes the floating mechanism of sulfur-bearing minerals, and summarizes the general flotation behavior of sulfur-bearing minerals. According to the "electrochemical reaction hypothesis", sulfocompounds can replace dixanthate oxidation reaction on the surface of sulfur-bearing minerals, to achieve sulfur depression. Then summarizing depressing mechanism and behavior of sulfide, sulfur-oxy species and sulfur oligomers respectively. Finally, based on the above research status, this paper concludes the advantages and disadvantages of sulfocompounds, and points out that the research of polysulfides on sulfur-containing minerals with different oxidation degrees and different crystal structures should be improved. And developing new sulfocompounds structures, researching combined depressants, to take full advantage of the depression of sulfocompounds.
