中文摘要: 西藏某高钼低铅矿石具有回收价值的矿物主要有辉钼矿、方铅矿,辉钼矿粒度悬殊,与石英、黄铁矿、方铅矿等矿物连生或被包裹,嵌布关系较复杂,方铅矿粒度较细,多产出在石英中,现场工业生产采用常规“钼铅全混浮再分离”工艺,存在钼精矿和铅精矿产品互含高、金属回收率低、钼精矿品位较低的特点,试验研究针对该矿石性质特点采用“优先选出部分高品质钼精矿—钼铅混浮—混合粗精矿再磨后精选—钼铅分离”工艺及对钼铅矿物捕收能力强的新型捕收起泡剂酯-22,分别获得钼品位为49.82%高品质钼精矿1和钼品位为45.65%的钼精矿2,两钼精矿钼总回收率为90.91%,所得铅精矿铅品位为46.08%,铅回收率为82.58%,与“全混浮再分离”工艺相比,不仅钼精矿和铅精矿产品互含低,且能获得钼品位为49.82%的高品质钼精矿,经济效益显著,该试验结论在为该矿石现场生产技术改造提供了依据的同时为同类型矿石的回收提供了技术参考。
Abstract:The valuable minerals of a high molybdenum and low lead ore in Tibet are molybdenite and galena, molybdenum ore has great disparity in grain size, which is associated with or wrapped by minerals such as quartz, pyrite, galena, etc., the embedding relationship is complicated. Galena has fine grain size, which is mostly produced in quartz. The conventional "molybdenum-lead full-mixed flotation and re-separation" process is adopted in industrial production, which has the disadvantage such as high mutual content of molybdenum concentrate and lead concentrate , low metal recovery rate and low molybdenum concentrate grade.. According to the ore characteristics, the process of "preferentially selecting some high-quality molybdenum concentrates-molybdenum-lead mixed flotation-mixed coarse concentrate regrinding- separating molybdenum lead separation" and the new type of collecting foaming agent ester -22 with strong collecting ability for molybdenum minerals were adopted. High-quality molybdenum concentrate 1 with a molybdenum grade of 49.82% and molybdenum concentrate 2 with a molybdenum grade of 45.65% were obtained, respectively. that total recovery rate of molybdenum in the two molybdenum concentrates was 90.91%, and the lead concentrate with a lead grade of 46.08% and a lead recovery rate of 82.58%, compared with the "total mixed flotation and re-separation" process, not only the mutual content of molybdenum concentrate and lead concentrate is low, but also the high-quality molybdenum concentrate with a molybdenum grade of 49.82% can be obtained, and the economic benefit is remarkable.The experimental conclusion provide a basis for the production technical transformation, besides, it provides a technical reference for the recovery of the same type of ore.
