中文摘要: 随着高品位矿床的枯竭,采矿业面临着开采低品位矿床的挑战。矿状矿石分选可以减少磨矿矿石成本,从而防止低品位废物处理昂贵费用,同时提高下游矿物材料质量。本文为提高白云鄂博稀土矿物元素的综合利用效率,对原生稀土矿物进行了基于传感器技术分选试验研究。研究表明,在激发电压45KV、激发电压40mA、给矿频率30Hz对、峰背比大于0.84、粒度范围35-75mm、分离阈值0.55时,获得稀土品位为13.42%、回收率80.42%稀土精矿产品,为下一步选冶提供了有利条件;富集稀土矿物经弱磁选到铁品位为61.16%、回收率81.61%的铁精矿;一粗一精浮选稀土得品位69.62%产率20.80%、回收率70.57%稀土精矿。研究数据表明X-BOS分选可以提高入选稀土矿物的品位,简化浮选流程,提高选厂的综合经济效益。该成果对提高白云鄂博稀土矿物高效利用提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract:With the depletion of higher-grade deposits, the mining industry faces the challenge of mining lower-grade deposits. Bulk ore sorting can reduce the cost of grinding ore, thereby preventing the expensive disposal of lower-grade waste, while improving the quality of materials reported to processing plants. To improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of rare earth minerals in Bayan Obo. Based on sensor-based sorting technology in primary rare earth minerals and their separation was studied. Results indicated that per-concentrate with rare earth grade of 13.42% and yield recovery of 80.42% was obtained when the excitation voltage is 45KV, the excitation voltage is 40mA, the feeding frequency is 30Hz pair, the peak-to-back ratio is greater than 0.85, the particle size range is 35-75mm, and the separation threshold is 0.55, which provides favorable conditions for the next stage of separation and smelting. And then, an iron grade of 61.16% and yield recovery of 81.61% were obtained by low-intensity magnetic separation of pre-concentrate rare earth minerals. Finally, it was obtained rare earth ore concentrate with a grade of 69.62% and productivity of 20.80%, and recovery of 70.57% by one-roughing-one-cleaning flotation. The results show that X-BOS sorting can improve the grade of selected rare earth minerals, simplify the flotation process, and improve the comprehensive economic benefits of the plant. The research results provide a new idea for improving the efficient utilization of rare earth minerals in Bayan Obo.
