中文摘要: 为弄清球磨机各运行参数对其内部介质分层行为的影响程度,本文针对球磨机运行时内部磨矿介质的轴向分层行为进行了研究。借助离散元工具及Lacey混合指数相关理论,进行了正交仿真实验,对介质填充率、筒体转速率、提升条数量和提升条迎球较面角度四个参数对介质分层的影响进行了研究,得出结论:对球磨机内介质分层行为影响最大的因素是球磨机筒体内提升条数量,球磨机转速率和介质填充率次之,影响最小的因素是提升条冲击面角度。当筒体转速率为67 RPM、提升条数量为0个、提升条角度为55°时,筒体内的介质颗粒的混合效果最差,颗粒分层行为最明显。
Abstract:In order to find out the influence of various operating parameters of the ball mill on the stratification behavior of the internal medium, this paper studies the axial stratification behavior of the internal grinding medium during the operation of the ball mill. With the help of discrete element tools and Lacey mixing index theory, orthogonal simulation experiments were carried out, and the effects of four parameters, including medium filling rate, cylinder rotation rate, number of lifting bars, and the angle of the face of the lifting bar against the ball, on the media stratification were investigated. The study concluded that: the most influential factor on the stratification behavior of the medium in the ball mill is the number of lifting bars in the barrel of the ball mill, followed by the rotation rate of the ball mill and the medium filling rate, and the least influential factor is the angle of the impact surface of the lifting bar and when the rotating speed of the cylinder is 67 RPM, the number of lifting bars is 0, and the angle of the lifting bars is 55°, the mixing effect of the medium particles in the cylinder is the worst, and the particle layering behavior is the most obvious.
