中文摘要: 对甘肃某锑矿床矿石组分进行了分析研究,区内矿石主要为原生辉锑矿石,以半自形柱状、粒状结构为主的辉锑矿结晶粒度整体较粗,属易选矿石;少量细针状辉锑矿被石英包裹,颗粒细小,难于解离。通过选矿试验研究,确定采用单一浮选工艺流程:在磨矿细度-200目占50%的条件下,浮选采用一段粗选、三段精选、二段扫选,最终可获得产率3.01%、锑品位48.57%、回收率94.80%的锑精矿,试验结果达到预期指标。
Abstract:The paper described the composition of antimony ore samples from A Certain deposit, and analyzed the characteristic of antimony raw material which are mostly composed of primitive stibnite. The free milling ore is bigger crystal size subhedral and granular texture, and the little of fine needle-like ore mineral is difficult to dissociate due to covered quartz. The flotation process is determined for mineral processing experiments including such 3 phases as the first coarse selection, the second fine selection, and the third scanvine selection. When the grind finesse of 200 mesh mineral are more than 50%, the productivity is 3.01%, antimony grade is 48.57%, and concentrate recovery rate is 94.80%.
